You can use the tools without creating an account. When you request a QR code or barcode, the information you submit is sent to this site's server to create the downloadable image. The application does not intentionally save the submitted text as a user profile or permanent content record. The server and hosting provider may process technical request data, including IP address, browser details, request time and error information for security, rate limiting and service operation.

Logo uploads and browser tools

If you use the QR-with-logo tool, the selected image is processed in memory to create your result; the application is not designed to retain the uploaded logo as a permanent file. The camera scanner and QR image decoder run in your browser using third-party JavaScript libraries. Camera access is requested by your browser and can be denied in browser settings.

Cookies, advertising and third parties

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers to deliver, measure and personalize ads, subject to your settings, applicable law and Google's policies. Third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving on this website. Where required for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the publisher must configure an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform before serving ads that require consent. This site may also load third-party libraries for QR scanning and decoding; those providers may receive ordinary connection information when your browser requests their files.

Data retention and security

We retain technical logs only as needed for hosting, troubleshooting, security and legal obligations according to the configuration of the hosting provider. No website can promise absolute security, so do not encode or submit passwords, private keys or other highly sensitive information unless you understand the risks.

External destinations

A QR code may contain a URL, email address, phone number, WiFi details or other text. When you scan it or follow a link, the destination service applies its own privacy policy. We do not control third-party websites.

Your choices

You can block cookies through browser settings, though some site features or ad choices may be affected. Depending on your location, you may be shown a consent message or have additional privacy rights under local law.
